Medical training in rehabilitation – exercises supervised by a physiotherapist at Fizjo-Fan

Every physiotherapist at Fizjo-Fan is also a certified medical trainer, combining anatomical and neurophysiological knowledge with hands-on training experience – both with people recovering from injury and with active athletes. We do not work by template. We understand pain physiology and movement mechanics, but also the realities of everyday life – at the office, in the gym or after surgery.

For some, the goal will be getting back to running; for others, carrying a child without pain or working at a desk without a stiff back. For everyone we find a way back to movement – sensibly, at a pace that suits you.

What is medical training?

It is a form of therapeutic exercise that:

  • supports the healing and recovery process,
  • helps reduce pain and overuse,
  • improves stability, mobility and movement control,
  • prepares the body to function safely – in sport and in daily life.

This is not “just the gym” or random exercises from the internet. Every programme is built on the basis of a functional assessment, taking into account your current health, goals and capabilities.

Who is medical training for?

  • people getting back to fitness after an injury (e.g. ACL reconstruction, joint sprains, surgery),
  • people with chronic back, knee or shoulder pain,
  • amateur and professional athletes across a range of sports,
  • recreational exercisers who want to train safely and effectively,
  • people whose work is sedentary or one-sided (office work, manual labour).

What sets us apart?

  • Physiotherapy combined with training – we do not pass the patient on; we guide you “from treatment to movement” in one place.
  • Experience with athletes – from amateurs to league players and members of the Polish national teams. We know how to adapt training to your loads and competition cycle.
  • An individual approach – we adapt the exercises to you, not the other way round.
  • Safety – every stage is based on analysis and functional testing.
  • Modern facilities – training takes place in the well-equipped ZONE Fitness gym at Al. Jerozolimskie 200, in the same location as the clinic.

How does it work?

  1. Functional assessment – we check how your body moves.
  2. Training plan – tailored to your goal (return after injury, prevention, stabilisation).
  3. Regular sessions – exercises supervised by a physiotherapist-trainer.
  4. Progress monitoring and plan adjustments – we make sure you are making real progress.

If you are looking for training that makes sense in Warsaw Włochy – training that helps you get back in shape, improves your fitness and reduces the risk of injury – you are in the right place.

FAQ

Medical training – FAQ

How is medical training different from regular personal training?
Medical training is led by a physiotherapist, and the programme is built on a functional examination and takes your health problem into account – the stage of healing, your limitations, your pain. The goal is function and safety first, and physique only afterwards.
Is medical training suitable for people who have never exercised?
Yes – it is one of the most common uses. We start with the basics of movement control and gradually build your tolerance to load.
How often should I train?
Usually 1–2 sessions a week at the clinic plus short home exercises. The frequency is set individually to suit your goal and stage.
How much does medical training cost?
A 60-minute session – 150 zł. You do not need a ZONE Fitness club membership.
