Paulina Winkowska, MSc physiotherapist · Warsaw
I hold a master’s degree in physiotherapy and I am a certified manual therapist with over 7 years of experience working with patients. I help people struggling with pain and restricted movement regain their fitness, freedom and comfort in everyday life.
I work mainly with problems of the spine and peripheral joints. I combine careful assessment, manual therapy, soft tissue work and individually chosen exercise, always adapting treatment to the patient’s needs and abilities.
My goal is not only to reduce pain but above all to find its cause, rebuild confidence in movement and help you return to the activities you enjoy. I believe effective physiotherapy starts with careful listening, good rapport and understanding what the other person really needs.
If you want to take care of your body and move freely again – you are welcome to book a visit.

What my therapy is based on
- Careful listeningEffective physiotherapy starts with a conversation and understanding what you really need – at work, at home, in training.
- The cause, not just the symptomA thorough assessment shows where the pain comes from and allows me to plan treatment that works for longer than until the next day.
- Tailor-made therapyI match manual therapy, soft tissue work and exercise to your needs and abilities, so you can return to confident, free movement.
