Sebastian Strulak, MSc physiotherapist · Warsaw

I am a physiotherapist specialising in manual therapy. I help patients regain comfort, freedom of movement and well-being by finding the root cause of their problem rather than only easing the symptoms.

I work with the musculoskeletal, fascial and visceral systems, choosing techniques individually to suit each patient’s needs and health. I use clinical assessment tools and a functional approach, which lets me pinpoint the source of the problem and plan effective manual therapy.

I work both with physically active people and with patients who lead a sedentary life. I have a particular interest in sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy – especially working with volleyball players and strength athletes. I also treat patients after surgery, including orthopaedic surgery, who need particularly careful physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

I am expanding my skills in osteopathy – I am in the final, 4th year of training at the Still Academy of Osteopathy. If you are looking for treatment that takes into account how the body’s systems affect one another and aims at lasting improvement, you are welcome to book a visit.
