Body problems are not just for athletes. More and more often we see people who work at a desk, parents carrying small children, seniors and young people whose bodies simply cannot keep up with overload and stress. Don’t wait until it gets really bad – the sooner you act, the sooner you get back to comfort and full function.

At Fizjo-Fan we practise modern physiotherapy that combines solid knowledge, experience and genuine support at every stage of treatment. We work with respect for your body, listening carefully to what it tells us – in the consultation and in the functional examination.

What can physiotherapy at Fizjo-Fan help with?

Patients come to the clinic at Al. Jerozolimskie from Włochy, Ochota, Ursus and Wola with a wide range of complaints. The problems we most often solve together are:

  • back and neck pain (cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine), sciatica, numbness in the limbs,
  • pain and overuse of the knees, shoulders, hips and ankles,
  • restricted mobility, stiffness, contractures,
  • sports and post-traumatic injuries – sprains, strains, partial tears,
  • recovery after orthopaedic surgery (ACL reconstruction, arthroscopy, joint replacement),
  • tension headaches and migraines,
  • chronic fatigue and tension – including stress-related.

How do we work?

We don’t use ready-made templates, because every case is different. Every course of treatment starts with a detailed analysis of your problem – we want to understand not only the symptoms, but above all their cause. On that basis we choose the methods that will work best for you: from classic manual techniques, through neurophysiological approaches, to tools that support recovery.

Our goal is not just to relieve pain, but also to:

  • restore full function,
  • prevent recurrence,
  • educate – so that you understand what is happening in your body and how to support it day to day.

Methods available at the clinic

  • Manual therapy – joint mobilisations and manipulations, fascial techniques
  • Dry needling
  • Pin therapy
  • Therapeutic massage and functional massage
  • Electrostimulation (EMS / TENS / Compex)
  • Compression massage (pressotherapy)
  • Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM)
  • Medical training – because lasting results require movement

Each of these methods has its place – depending on the type of problem, the stage of treatment and your goals.

No. Appointments at Fizjo-Fan are private, so no referral is required. It is worth bringing any imaging results (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI) and medical records if you have them.
What does the first physiotherapy appointment look like?
The first visit lasts 45 minutes and consists of a consultation, a functional examination (range of motion, strength, tests) and treatment. You leave with a clear explanation of what is causing your symptoms and what the plan is.
How much does physiotherapy cost in Warsaw Włochy?
A physiotherapy consultation with treatment (45 min) costs 200 zł; follow-up physiotherapy / manual therapy sessions (50 min) cost 220 zł. The full price list is on the Prices page.
